App Description

Thin Target is a calorie counting app with an intuitive interface designed help track daily calorie consumption and expenditure*.

Calculating your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), measured in calories, your BMR can be used a benchmark against your daily calorie intake. Thin Target will help you create and track this data.

Here is how you might use the app:

Calculate the calories you need consume to maintain your current weight by inputing **metrics which the app will guide you through. You will track your performance over a number of days against this target. During each day, add and subtract your estimates for calorie intake with meals, and calorie spend after exercise. Data read-outs, estimated weight loss or gain are provided together with a graph of your progress.

*Via your personal calculations.
** Current calculations are made using the metric system. Support for imperial will follow in a later update.
