Time For Time is a Mindfulness Meditation tool for young people.
Developed by the Sussex Partnership NHS Trust in partnership with the University of Sussex, Time for Time aims to provide accessible, lifelong tools based in mindfulness meditation. With the hope of creating happier, healthier and more compassionate young people.
In recent years, Mindfulness Meditation has surged in popularity for use in the treatment of stress, resilience, anxiety and depression as well other physical and emotional problems. Not only can Mindfulness be helpful to those living with emotional problems, it can also be a powerful tool for dealing with day to day stress for everyone.
